Grapes from vineyards in the Riba Corgo with over 60 years old of age. Located in schist terrains with very stony and excellent exposure. It is characterized by a high density planting, low income and an unusual combination of traditional varieties from the Douro valley. Hand harvested in small boxes. Total stalk, pre-cold maceration, fermentation at moderate temperature control in stainless steel vats with gentle daily pumping, Long post fermentation maceration. Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months.
