This oil is fresh, smooth and harmonious, with a good balance of the fruity aromas typical of Alentejo olives.

2023 was a hot and dry one year. During the winter, mild temperatures and high levels of rainfall were recorded. In the spring, abnormally high temperatures affected flowering, leading to significant production losses. The harvest started early, in early October, with some rain that benefited the dryland olive groves, and extended until early January 2024.​
