An elegant, complex yet harmonious olive oil, with herbaceous and fruit notes produced from a selection of varieties and locations, which makes it the perfect choice for discerning connoisseurs.

The 2023 agricultural year was hot and dry. During the winter, mild temperatures and high levels of rainfall were recorded. In the spring, abnormally high temperatures affected flowering, leading to significant production losses. The harvest began early, in early October, with some rain benefiting the dry-farmed olive groves, and continued until early December. This allowed us to harvest olives at different stages of ripeness, resulting in a complex and harmonious olive oil, representative of this season.
